Included with Professional Basic Installation:
- Dish assembly and mounting to your home (single family structure)
- Placement and connection of hardware from Dish/LNB to one receiver
- Testing of entire customer drop for continuity, including measuring and recording signal levels
- Placement of ground attachment
- Consultation concerning the options to connect the Phone Connection
- System activation
- Demonstration of receiver operation to customer
- Sealing of entry holes plus installation of proper wall plates
DVR530 HD Professional Basic Installation Details
Since the DVR530 HD requires two lines for its dual tuners, customers receive two RG6 cable runs (150 ft.) from the dish to receiver.
NEW customer installation includes:
- Two lines from dish to a new location and, where applicable, an additional line to a second receiver.
- Multiswitch, including connection to DVR530 HD and additional receivers, if required.
EXISTING customer installation ($99) includes:
- One line to an existing outlet or two lines to a new location.
- Multiswitch, including connection to DVR530 HD and additional receivers, if required.
- Dish upgrade, if required.
NOTE: There will be an additional charge of $50 per receiver for additional line(s) to existing receiver(s) at a new location.

- Excessive cable runs beyond 150 ft.
- Requests for fishing cable through interior walls.
- Home theatre connections.
- Mileage costs beyond 100 kilometres round trip.
- Non-standard mounts (i.e. NPRM's, posts, tripods, 24" stand off brackets, multi-switches) for basic secondary installs.
- Additional line(s) to additional receiver(s).
Included with Second Receiver Professional Basic Installation:
- Placement and connection of hardware from Dish/LNB to subscriber's receiver and one TV.
- RG6 cable run (150 ft.) from dish to additional receiver includes hardware (i.e., connectors, wall plates, ground block, ground wire) and hook-up to one receiver.
- Sealing of all entry holes and placement of wall plates on all used outlets.
- Check integrity of existing and new lines installed from LNB to receiver.
- Activation of receiver(s) installed.
- Customer orientation on receiver/system; testing on full functionality of system/signal.
